The original Lucy II was commissioned by a friend for his mother’s birthday. He loved Lucy and what she stood for (apparently his mom is a bit of a Lucy), but he wanted a larger doll; with slightly different wings and hair and halo. When all was said and done, Lucy II gave me a hand with how she should really look.
