Noel is a Tribute Fey stitched from cherished Christmas fabrics, her patchwork carrying whispers of holiday traditions, candlelit trees, and songs sung for generations.
An angel… well, almost. Her wings are still in the "wishful thinking" stage. Until then, she polishes tiny bells so they chime just right, fastens stray snowflakes back onto winter's lace, and sends warm thoughts into wintry hearts.
She is that joyful flutter you feel when you spot the first twinkle light of the season — a nearly-angel only one sparkle away from taking flight.
